We would like to bring to your attention, if we, as professional dog groomers, belive that a dog’s coat is too matted and/or full of knots, we would politiely advise that for the dogs comfort and wellbeing, for the coat to be shaved back to a short length in order to improve growth for the next groom.
First Appointment: A £20 non refundable booking fee will be charged before confirming your date. Appointment will be held for 24hrs. This will be deducted off the final payment.
The government has introduced some very strict guidlines for banned breeds. Although we can work with some of the restrictions, we cannot provide 1 to 1 dog handler ratio at all times, also, we do not have a seperate room in which to carry out the groom. So, it is with heavy hearts we can no longer groom this type of breed.
